**Your Tasks**:
The Global HR Centre of Excellence (CoE) People and Culture drives our global business strategy by connecting business needs and our people agenda. We develop and implement relevant global concepts.

The Global CoE team plays a key role in enabling: People mobility (expat assignments), digitalization (capabilities/mindset), operating models (organizational structure/ change management), people & culture (mindset/core values) and leadership.

Within the Global CoE team, the Global Mobility Team is consulting all involved stakeholders in the process of temporary international moves of Beiersdorf employees. The team continuously focusses to improve the expat experience. In this context, we conducted several change projects that have led to a transformation journey of the Global Mobility function to improve the expat experience across all relevant processes. We are looking for a working student who has a strong interest and first experience in HR to join us on our change journey.

Your main responsibilities:

- Support head of global mobility function to develop mobility strategy and roadmap for coming years
- Create decision documents, business and project updates in PowerPoint
- Steer the process of upcoming projects in the Global Mobility function
- Manage various internal and external stakeholders to deliver project results on time and with high quality
- Develop meaningful reports to gather insights on the success of the global mobility strategy
- Prepare and run workshops with international stakeholders (incl. lead teams)

**Your Profile**:

- Advanced studies in management, psychology, or communication sciences, etc. (Interest in Human Resources and major in HR/ consultancy/ corporate development is preferred)
- Enrolled during the whole working student employment (bachelor or master studies)
- Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint), with a profound ability to structure and visualize complex arguments
- Advanced analytical skills (Excel), with a good sense for detail required
- Intelligent and highly motivated individual with high learning agility and independent working style
- Strong people soft skills and high maturity level on engaging with key business stakeholders
- Previous work experience (incl. internships) in relevant companies, and experience in project management of advantage
- Excellent English communication skills, both orally and written

Curious about your salary? Your work at Beiersdorf will be fairly remunerated, both with a voluntary internship and with a compulsory internship you earn 2.000 € per month. For a working student activity, our salary is 18,19 € per hour.
