**As a Channel Account Manager,** you will:

- Take ownership of assigned core partner channel accounts
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for assigned accounts or territory with manager's input
- Develop strong relationships with key channel contacts and leverage to Zebra's advantage
- Utilize sponsorships, marketing initiatives, etc. to promote partnership and improve Zebra business within the channel.
- Plan and execute Zebra sales strategy launches within channel and delivers high impact sales presentations and product training.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for our German partner channel partners
- Nurture and expand existing relationships and identify opportunities for potential future growth
- Have a deep understanding of Zebra's software and hardware products and services along with competitor offerings and be able to educate partners/ customers in a persuasive yet engaging manner
- Identify training and development requirements
- Manage own quota of key accounts and ensure they are retained and developed
- Work towards a set of KPIs
- Assist in product placement and promotional activities to increase sales together with our distributors
- Build and implement a business development and revenue plan with your assigned partners
- Perform business reviews and recommend improvements
- Manage sales activities and maintain sales records and reports
- Willingness to travel across Germany

**Qualifications**:
- Bachelors or equivalent experience
- 2-5+ years of applicable work experience in sales - managing indirect business
- Experience working with different markets transportation, healthcare, retail...
- Sales minded
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create relationship with internal and external stakeholders
- Data driven
- Native speaker of German language and advanced level of English
