Lumiform, founded in 2019, is a fast-growing software startup based in Berlin and operating globally. Over 40,000 organizations across 21 countries use our innovative Lumiform App - and this is just the beginning.

Last year we secured a €6.4 Million investment in a Series-A funding round with the support of Tier 1 SaaS investor Capnamic. The funding helps us further empower frontline teams, eliminate operational inefficiencies, reduce costs, and drive a new era of collaboration and automation in deskless workforces.

We are looking for a Head of Finance and Operations (all genders) who understands the nuances of our SaaS business model, growth metrics, and industry trends. This role goes beyond traditional finance functions, involving actively shaping the company's growth trajectory, operational strategy, and team dynamics. Tasks

**Finance Excellence**:

- Strategic financial direction: Craft and execute financial strategies aligned with Lumiform's growth objectives.
- Financial planning: Enhance our existing financial model, overseeing annual and quarterly budgeting and forecasting cycles.
- Insightful reporting: Lead the preparation of financial reports tailored for internal stakeholders and external investors.
- Investor engagement: Develop and refine financial reporting to assist CEOs in updating investors on the company's financial well-being.
- Accounting oversight: Manage our accounting strategy to ensure compliance and operational efficiency in collaboration with our accounting office.
- Contract management: Supervise contracts, particularly those tied to core operations like hosting, third-party software integrations, and platform services.
- Board insights: Generate comprehensive financial and operational reports for board meetings, highlighting accomplishments, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

**Human Capital Transformation**:

- People & culture team: Provide guidance, mentorship, and alignment across finance, HR, and recruitment.
- Top talents: Attract top-tier talent within our budget and facilitate smooth onboarding for sustained growth.
- Compensation strategies: Design competitive compensation packages to secure the right talent for Lumiform.
- Cultural cultivation: Foster a feedback-driven environment and nurture a culture that promotes innovation, agility, and customer-centricity.

**Other projects**:

- Spearheading special projects: Collaborate closely with the CEOs, and leverage your financial expertise to assist in the research, planning, execution, and successful completion of critical projects.

**Requirements**:

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise in roles such as Head of Finance, Finance Director, CFO, COO, Head of Operations, or Chief of Staff, preferably within SaaS or startup contexts.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in working with numbers and a strong analytical inclination.
- SaaS Insight: Sound understanding of SaaS financial metrics and KPIs.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership capabilities with a track record of driving results.
- Effective Communication: Ability to convey complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
