**The Role**:
As a Study Start-Up Associate I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful initiation of clinical trials.

**You will**:

- Collect, review, and negotiate essential documents for clinical trial agreements, ensuring the smooth activation of study sites.
- Perform the recruitment of study sites, meticulously tracking and documenting activities, documents, and clinical data throughout the project lifecycle.
- Complete and submit necessary documents to regulatory authorities, ethics committees, and other relevant bodies.
- Forecast and ensure timely submission and approval timelines. Develop risk and contingency plans to mitigate potential delays and promptly escalate identified issues.
- Coordinate Investigational Product release in accordance with regulatory and Sponsor requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective and proactive communication with study sites and internal personnel regarding study status and activation milestones.

**Requirements**:

- English language fluency is essential;
- Fluency in any other European language however German language is a significant advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred in life sciences or licensed healthcare professional) or relevant work experience.
- Strong spoken and written communication skills.
- Excellent collaborative and time management skills.
- Previous Study Start-Up (SSU) experience is desirable but not required.
