We’re growing — across cultures, countries and time zones. And our international expansion coupled with our hybrid way of working means we’re expanding our office footprint. We’re looking for a Workplace Experience professional to take the lead in developing our global location strategy and securing OneFootball spaces wherever we go. You’ll be on point to manage our building development and ensure that our workplaces reflect and foster that unique OneFootball experience and support our way of working.
**Your position and responsibilities on the pitch**:
**REAL ESTATE EXPERIENCE**
- Manage and develop our portfolio of operated, managed & co-working sites.
- Contributing to our global expansion strategy, ensuring we have a “OneFootball-home hub” where our employees love to be, and that shows and radiates our strong culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Ensure design and architecture standards in conjunction with the OneFootball brand, creating a seamless “OneFootball-home” feeling in every spot.
- Create a thoughtful and comprehensive workplace, lease, and space planning forecast based on existing footprint and scenarios for future footprint and business needs.
- Oversee and execute on-target financial budget of various sites; partner with Finance to track monthly and quarterly metrics.
- Oversee lease management including broker relationships, negotiation of upcoming lease expirations and developing plans for all renewals, relocations, and expansions for our offices globally.
**WORKPLACE EXPERIENCE**
- Develop and execute workplace standards, strategies, policies, and procedures, including facility management, food services, space management, office services, health & safety and local project management.
- Develop and optimise our workplaces across every relevant location to meet our operating plans in terms of space capacity management and site.
- Lead and scale our incredible Office & Travel management team.
- Implement vendor selection guidelines, manage vendor service contracts, periodic and ongoing performance and financial reviews.
- Be on point to lead the strategy and growth of our hybrid working model, helping to create a seamless employee experience — both in-office and while people are working from home.
- Be the main point of contact for all C-levels on office-related topics.
**Players Profile**:
- 4+ years of real estate and workplace management experience in a technology company or fast-paced, hyper-growth environment.
- Leadership experience, managing teams and projects, change management, including top-notch organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the negotiation of real estate leases and project management.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally, as needed.
- Able to meet independently with senior leaders and present to them with confidence, impact and influence.
- Able to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure to meet deadlines within short time constraints whilst maintaining the utmost attention to detail.
- Full professional proficiency (both written and verbal) in both English and German.
