Metalshub is a very well-funded growing technology company in a market with huge potential.
We provide a digital B2B supply chain solution for metals & mining companies to unlock value in their daily operations and decision-making. As of today, more than 1350+ companies in 100+ countries trusting our innovative product, Metalshub strives to become the leading supply chain solution for the global metals industry.
Our sales team consists of passionate experts with experience in the industry and software companies like SAP and Salesforce. We follow an account-based sales approach and build long-term customer relationships based on mutual trust. As we are operating in a market with few competitors, which we have established ourselves, it is not so much a matter of "just" convincing customers to use a different tool, but to transfer their "traditional" processes into the digital world in partnership with us.
Our sales team around our CSO Robin is already very successful in building new customer relationships all over the world. Within the next years, we want to highly intensify these efforts to expand our international business even further and are therefore looking for additional sales colleagues who want to strengthen our team and grow with us.
Your mission
- Define and execute the Metalshub sales strategy for our Supply Chain solution in the APAC region
- Take responsibility for expanding our regional business with large, complex, highly visible and strategic accounts
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from identification and qualification of potential customers over complex technical scoping to negotiation and closing of ARR generating contracts
- Present and offer solutions for customer problems that need to be solved
- Build strong long-term industry relations and work with top-level industry executives
- Work closely with our technical sales and product teams to customise offerings and provide the best possible solutions for our customers
- Represent Metalshub at relevant in-person and virtual industry events
Your skillset
- You bring ~8 years of relevant sales experience and already led end-to-end sales processes in a B2B software company
- You have gained experience in successful sales processes in the APAC markets and are very familiar with the specifics of the local cultures
- You have proven experience in building excellent client relationships at C-level within large enterprise organizations
- You feel comfortable discussing complex software solutions on a business level
- You are a highly motivated and ambitious person who can work independently, but also a helpful and committed team player
- You are a great communicator in English (speaking a local language would be a plus)
