We are seeking an individual who will provide employee related support to both employees and leaders in an exciting, unique, fast-paced, and fun environment. This position reports to the European Talent Relations Manager. **What you’ll do**:
As a Team we are the trusted experts on employment and company policies, and deliver case management best practice.

We provide expertise and partner with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex employee relations matters.

This includes:

- Coaching and counselling to enable our leaders
- Proactively monitoring legislative changes, external best practice and internal trends
- Identifying and moving to resolve compliance gaps (employment)
- Individual case management
- Developing, implementing and providing guidance on employee facing policies
- Owning and templating employment contracts
- Leading and facilitating investigations
- Partner closely with the broader HR teams and business to collectively deliver and embed change
- Drive/contribute towards continuous improvement projects

**What you’ll need**:

- 4+ years of experience within HR at a Generalist, Business Partner, Advisor level
- Excellent, verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate across various mediums
- Fluency in German (Polish a benefit)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of German employment law(s) (knowledge on other EU countries a benefit)
- Experience handling employee relations matters
- Customer management skills with ability to build trust, credibility and professional relationships with employees/leaders at all levels
- Ideally, Personalfachkaufmann/-frau, Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or in a related field
