Your mission

You are delivering our message to our customers. There is a better way for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises to utilize their financial data and make smart choices regarding their financial freedom. You will strategically shape our brand and expand our market presence with everything you've got at your proposal.

Your role and contribution

**As our Senior Marketing Specialist (d,f,m) you will**:

- implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals. Your work will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all marketing channels
- collaborate with the broader team and executives to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the overall company mission. Your ability to work cohesively with various stakeholders is pivotal in achieving cross-functional synergy
- drive efforts to increase our market presence and reach, identifying target audiences, and executing campaigns that resonate with Small and Medium sized Enterprises. Your role will involve developing and implementing marketing campaigns that leverage various channels, such as performance marketing, content creation, and social media
- create compelling content that communicates our value proposition and resonates with our target audience. Crafting narratives and messages that highlight our mission is essential in establishing brand authority and driving engagement
- utilize data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions. Your analytical skills will be vital in assessing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, optimizing strategies, and maximizing Return Of Investment and Customer Lifetime Value

**Profile**:

- You are fluent (C2) in both German and English
- You know exactly how to address Small and Medium sized Enterprises regarding their financial wellbeing. We are looking for experience in B2B marketing within the financial sector
- You see yourself as a generalist regarding most marketing skills-expressions, with a focus on Content & Community Marketing and Performance Marketing
- You have strong empathy for small business owners and center their experience within all marketing activities
- You demonstrate resilience and adaptability in a fast changing environment, and are able to pivot when necessary
- You are creative and resourceful, making sure you get the most of your initiatives with a mind for automation, simplification and quick validation
- Your are willing to occasionally travel to Berlin and/or Eschborn (near Frankfurt), and partner locations
