You have experience developing pricing and revenue management products? You thrive in data-driven, analytical environments and love problem solving and automation using technology and data science?

We are looking to enhance our team with a new Product Director (M/F/d). Join us and reshape our pricing products - define a product strategy, vision and roadmap and drive them along with your team.

**DO WHAT YOU LOVE**:

- You lead a team of product managers for our pricing products - both for our base rental price and for our incremental products
- You collaborate with business, data science, analytics & business intelligence, and tech to optimize and automate our products and prices
- You shape the pricing vision and develop a product strategy, manage the product prioritization, and make decisions based on effort, complexity and impact
- You continuously thrive to find the next big step to create maximum outcome at minimum costs
- You don't know everything. You're a team player and find the best solutions in consultation with your team

**Qualifications**:
**COME AS YOU ARE**:

- You have experience in Pricing or Revenue Management
- You have experience in developing both backend and data science driven products
- You understand how to communicate KPIs on all levels of the organization, and you can analyze them to take data driven decisions
- You are a reliable person who enjoys working in a people driven, challenging and fun-filled working environment
- You speak English fluently - German is not a must

**About the department**:
Pricing focuses on market-oriented and margins-optimising product and price management for all business sectors and customer groups in order to create long-term value for the company. The yield management is primarily concerned with maximising revenue through utility and price-oriented management of the fleet and demand. Issues such as planning and composition of the fleet size, predicting the fleet and demand and regulating imports and modulation of vehicles are addressed here. Furthermire, demand adjustments are carried out if necessary through price and availability controls.
