**About Edurino**:
EDURINO is a new way of educational gaming loved by kids and parents alike. We rethink how kids learn and play with our hybrid learning system that combines a digital app, real figurines and our ergonomic stylus. Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old.
We have a strong investor backing (a.o. DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture, and Emerge Education) and are about to expand our reach to more learners around the globe

**Role Purpose**
The Chief of Staff role at EDURINO is pivotal in optimizsing operational efficiency and providing indispensable support to the founder and leadership team. Leveraging a background in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with our founders and senior leadership on a variety of projects and tasks that you plan, coordinate, and implement independently (e.g. New Country Expansion, Process Automation, Data Analytics, Operational Efficiency).

**Your mission at EDURINO**:

- Collaborate with leadership to drive strategic initiatives and ensure their effective execution.
- Enhance organizational efficiency by implementing and optimizing operational processes.
- Serve as a key liaison between leadership and various teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion.
- Lead special projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams.
- Support the leadership team in decision-making and strategic planning.
- Conduct research and analysis to provide valuable insights for decision support.

- have at least 3 years of experience in a fast-paced scale-up environment (strategy consulting, investing, investment banking).
- have a very good university degree from a top-tier university.
