Telecommunications Architect

- Inspire and help DTAG and T-Systems to build the future of telco
- Setting the business and portfolio strategy for the business with Deutsche Telekom based on your extensive technology and market knowledge
- Take the lead role in the domain of your expertise to help expand T-Systems’ telecommunications business
- As a strong team player and member of the Center of Competence you are one of our topic leaders within the T-Systems telco community

Tasks
- Define strategic plays based on your understanding of trends, challenges and opportunities
- Relate to customer, identify and develop new engagement opportunities including projects, services or products provided by T-Systems
- Take over the lead role for strategic projects as lead architect
- Help us connect, drive and inspire our telco community

Responsibility
- Point of contact in your domain and interface to our customer
- Successfully deliver transformation projects
- Continuous development and expansion of the co-play of T-Systems and Deutsche Telekom in the area of your expertise
- Lead your field of expertise within our telco community

**Profil**:
Expert in telecommunications technology, architecture, and business with extensive experience in the IT driven transformation of telco, especially in disaggregation, network, and core cloudification, and AI/data driven product innovation for telco. Passionate about building new business models with a profound track record in telco transformation projects in a (lead) architect role for product innovation, technology transformation, or process optimization.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of telco business models
- Experienced in digital transformation and / or customer experience for Telco
- Desired skills in one or more of the following areas
- Enterprise architecture OSS, BSS, Core
- Subject matter expert on Telco Transformation with deep expertise on CORE, ORAN, NFV, SDN, Kubernetes and Automation for 5G using a Cloud Native approach
- Edge-Cloud for Telco, disaggregation (structural, operational)
- Telco Cloud Migration (Google, AWS, MS) and Cloud Network Functions (CNF)
- Mobile Network Standards (LTE, 5G, 6G) and containerization
- Optionally
- Understanding of silicon basic knowledge - both ARM & X86 architecture, AMD, Intel CPUs are appreciated
