Perfect, because we are looking for a dynamic Sales Operations Manager to strengthen our team and take our sales operations to the next level. **Your daily doing will involve**:

- You actively ensure the optimization, standardization and unification of our global sales processes
- You monitor existing processes and ensure that any problems that arise are proactively resolved
- You act as an interface between our sales, marketing and customer success teams and our IT department
- You analyze sales records and initiate appropriate improvement measures
- You take care of incoming orders and their processing as well as invoicing
- You support the sales team with preparatory activities
- You manage and optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure effective use for sales activities and customer interactions
- You are also the technical supervisor of our Business Development Department

**Your profile**:

- University degree with a focus on economics
- Good knowledge of Dynamics 365, Excel and/or Python/R
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- Knowledge of Spanish, French or Italian is an advantage

Ideally experience in sales
- Solution-oriented, data-driven approach to problems
- High quality standards and an independent, proactive and solution-oriented way of working
