**Electrical Skill Development Process Methods & Tools Projects Lead (d/m/w)**:
Werden Sie Mitglied in der programmübergreifenden Elektrik-Community Wir sind für das Design der Flugzeugverkabelung und deren Integration in den Rumpf für die Programme Single Aisle, A330, A350, A380 sowie Beluga zuständig.
Wir betreuen die elektrische Verkabelung im gesamten Produktlebenszyklus, von der Neuentwicklung bis hin zum In-Service-Support. Das Management unserer Risk Sharing Partner und Engineering-Dienstleister sowie die Unterstützung der operativen Fertigungsbereiche (FAL, MCA) sind weitere Kernaufgaben unseres Teams.

**Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten**
- Entwicklung von Strategien zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung und Weiterentwicklung des ESI Skills (ESI Tool-Landscape, Prozesse, Automatisierung und Digitalisierung sowie der dafür notwendigen Kompetenzen und der entsprechenden Supplier-Landscape/Strategie)
- Erstellung von As-Is Analysen der ESI P/M/T Landschaft
- Planung und Steuerung von Projektteams
- Präsentation, Darstellung und Dokumentation der jeweiligen Projektstatus und der Projektergebnisse (auch von höheren Hierarchie-Leveln)
- Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit allen relevanten Stakeholdern
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Qualifikationen
- Sie haben einen Hochschulabschluss (vorzugsweise Masterabschluss) in Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik, Luftfahrttechnik oder einen gleichwertigen Abschluss
- Sie haben eine Affinität zu Automatisierung und Digitalisierung
- Sie haben idealerweise tiefergehende Kenntnisse der Electric Designprozesse
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teil
- und Kleinprojekten und besitzen die Fähigkeit, andere Personen zu begeistern und zu führen und sind dabei selber ein(e) Teamplayer*in
- Sie verfügen über eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte, proaktive und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie über sehr gute Analyse
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Sie zeichnen sich durch eine positive, aufgeschlossene und innovative Denkweise aus
- Sie ergreifen die Initiative, um neue Ideen zu verfolgen, potenzielle Technologien/Lösungen zu untersuchen und Veränderungen voranzutreiben
- Sie haben Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit innerhalb transnationaler und multi-funktionaler Teams sowie Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Lieferanten und Engineering Dienstleistern
- Sie verfügen über verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
