Sanford Federal Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Instructional Systems Design (ISD) Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Principal, you will play a critical role in providing senior-level consulting and oversight to project design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Your expertise will be instrumental in offering senior strategic planning consulting services and driving the successful execution of diverse instructional design initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Design and Development: Lead and contribute to the design and development of innovative and effective instructional systems, including curriculum, training materials, eLearning modules, and performance support tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with project goals and client requirements.

Project Implementation and Evaluation: Provide senior-level oversight and guidance during the implementation phase of instructional projects. Monitor progress, identify challenges, and propose solutions to ensure the successful execution of learning initiatives. Conduct comprehensive evaluations to measure the effectiveness and impact of instructional solutions and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

Strategic Planning Consulting: Act as a recognized expert in all aspects of Instructional Systems Design, offering strategic consulting services to clients and internal stakeholders. Analyze business needs, learning objectives, and organizational goals to formulate comprehensive and forward-thinking learning strategies.

Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of Instructional Systems Design principles, methodologies, and emerging trends. Stay abreast of industry best practices and advancements to provide cutting-edge solutions and maintain Sanford Federal's position as a leader in the field.

Team Leadership and Mentorship: Serve as a mentor and thought leader for the instructional design team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Provide guidance, support, and professional development opportunities to team members, encouraging their growth and excellence in the field.

Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with clients by actively engaging in consultation sessions, understanding their unique needs, and providing tailored solutions that exceed expectations. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, representing Sanford Federal's commitment to excellence.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or higher in Instructional Systems Design, Education, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in instructional design, including curriculum development, eLearning, and performance support tools.
- Proven track record of leading and managing complex instructional design projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and consulting, with a focus on learning and development solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
- Recognized as an expert in the field of Instructional Systems Design with a portfolio showcasing successful projects and contributions to the industry.
- Experience in government or defense-related projects is a plus.
