You want to actively take on responsibility in your internship and have a passion for HR work? Then you are exactly right with us We are looking for a dedicated trainee for a period of 5-6 months.

**Your tasks**:

- Responsible for the complete IT-supported recruiting process for trainees and student interns.
- Creation of job descriptions in collaboration with departments and coordination of job interviews.
- Management of all correspondence, creation of contracts, and references.
- Active communication with applicants and departments, providing support throughout the process.
- Organization of the onboarding process for interns and guidance throughout their internship period.

**Your profile**:

- Studies in business administration (ideally with a focus on human resources), human resources, pedagogy, or comparable fields of study.
- Previous experience in the HR area with an understanding of key aspects.
- Proficiency in working with Microsoft Office programs.
- Enjoyment in interacting with people and possesses strong communication skills.
- Independent work style with a sense of responsibility in their area of work.
- Organized and able to structure the workday effectively.
- Openness to changes and enthusiasm for discovering new possibilities
