Job Description
Als Communications Specialist (m/w/d) im Bereich Communications sind Sie für die Koordination und den Versand von Marktforschungsstudien in Deutschland und Österreich zuständig. Hierbei stimmen Sie sich mit internen und externen Stellen ab und sorgen für reibungslose Abläufe. Zudem übernehmen Sie anfallende Kommunikationsaufgaben wie das Texten von Anschreiben, Versenden von E-Mails und Newslettern und die Pflege des Content Management Systems.
Sie sind Teil eines motivierten und engagierten Teams, das sich auf diversen Kanälen, egal ob per Brief, E-Mail, App oder Social Media um eine moderne Ansprache unserer Marktforschungs-Community kümmert. Es erwartet Sie ein abwechslungsreiches Aufgabengebiet, das Ihnen vielfältigen Raum zum Mitwirken, Entfalten und eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten bietet.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Versandkoordination von Marktforschungsstudien über Workflow-Tool und Erstellung von Versandübersichten (online/offline).- Koordination mit externen Zulieferern (Druck, Versand, IT-Dienstleister).- Bedienung Content Management Systeme (CMS).- Erstellen von Anschreiben / E-Mails für Marktforschungsteilnehmende.- Versand von E-Mails und Newslettern mit Mailing-Software.- Allgemeiner Support im Communications-Bereich.
Fachkenntnisse:
- Gutes technisches Grundverständnis und Interesse und die Fähigkeit sich in neue Tools und komplexe Prozesse einzuarbeiten.- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englisch-Kenntnisse.- Sehr gute Kenntnisse: MS-Office-Paket, Content Management.- Systeme (z.B. Wordpress, Typo3) und Mailing-Software.- Kenntnisse in der Marktforschung / Panel Management wünschenswert.- Kenntnisse im Erstellen von Texten und Anschreiben.
Typische Ausbildung und erforderliche Berufserfahrung:
- Ausbildung im Bereich Bürokommunikation, Fachangestellte/ Fachangestellter für Markt
- und Sozialforschung oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.- Mind. 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung.- Sehr zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise erforderlich.- Erfahrung in der Steuerung von Supplieren von Vorteil.- Interesse und Neugier für die (Panel)-Marktforschung.- Team
- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Flexibilität sowie Fähigkeit in stressigen Situationen einen klaren Kopf zu bewahren.
