You support our team as
**HR Specialist (f/m/d)**:
**Responsibilities**:
- As an assistant to the HR Manager and the specialist departments, you provide support in all HR processes, in particular in the recruitment and support of salaried and non-salaried employees
- You carry out all day-to-day tasks independently, e.g. personnel data administration/maintenance in SAP/HR, Workday, maintenance and administration of personnel files, providing general information
- You analyze and document HR processes, if possible using lean methods to optimize templates, documents and workflows
- You support digitization projects, such as the introduction of electronic personnel files
- You also work closely with various interfaces, such as payroll accounting, pension service and social partners
**Qualifications**:
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and further training as a human resources specialist
- You have convincing generalist knowledge of human resources in an internationally operating industrial company
- You have practical experience in project management
- You also have very good knowledge of German labor and social security law
- Your way of working is characterized by very good conceptual, analytical and structured thinking
- Business fluent written and spoken German and English round off your profile
