Die Zentraleinheit Marketing & Communications ist verantwortlich für den Auftritt der Materna-Gruppe in der Öffentlichkeit. Diese Aufgabe umfasst die strategische Ausrichtung, taktische Orchestrierung und operative Umsetzung unserer analogen und digitalen Aktivitäten auf Konzern-, Unternehmens

**Als Teamleitung Live Communications & Event bei Materna**:

- übernimmst du Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Organisation, Umsetzung, Nachbereitung und Erfolgskontrolle unser verschiedenen Veranstaltungsformate.
- planst und organisierst du ebenso interne Mitarbeiterevents und Messeteilnahmen sowie VIP-Veranstaltungen der gehobenen Klasse für Kunden und Partner.
- obliegen dir die kaufmännischen Prozesse rund um die Kalkulation, Planung, Durchführung und Abrechnung der Events und du überwachst den Einkauf und die Logistik des Eventequipments.
- stellst du deine Organisationskünste in der Steuerung unserer Dienstleister und Lieferanten unter Beweis.
- übernimmst du fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung als Teamleiter:in für derzeit vier Mitarbeiter:innen in der Zentraleinheit Marketing & Communications.
- sind für dich das operative Qualitätsmanagement und eine optimale Gästebetreuung eine Selbstverständlichkeit.
- bist du Single Point of Contact, Projektmanager und Berater in der Zentraleinheit Marketing & Communications für die Business Partner und weitere Stakeholder innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe.

**Das bringst du mit**:

- Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, Kommunikations
- oder Medienwissenschaften mit Schwerpunkt Marketing / Kommunikation oder einen vergleichbaren berufsqualifizierenden Abschluss
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen Eventmanagement, -konzeption und -kommunikation
- Souveränes Auftreten sowie verbindliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern
- Teamfähigkeit, unkomplizierte, agile Arbeitseinstellung
- Ausgeprägtes Organisationsvermögen, Service
- und Qualitätsbewusstsein
- Strukturierte, methodenbasierte Arbeitsweise - gepaart mit strategischem Denkvermögen
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
