Regional Marketing Manager (m/f/d) What you'll do

You will lead the development and implementation of the marketing strategy for the EMEA region in line with the overall business and commercial objectives Holistic management of the portfolio and go-to-market strategies for the region, including planning, execution and evaluation of marketing campaigns and initiatives will be your responsibility Conducting in-depth market and competitive analysis to identify market trends, consumer preferences and competitor activities in the assigned region is part of your daily doing You will develop and effectively manage regional marketing budgets, optimizing spend to maximize ROI and achieve marketing objectives Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales/technical managers and other departments to establish successful communication with key countries and internal stakeholders

Who you are

Hold a degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field, along with several years of experience in regional or global marketing roles, establishing your strong foundation in the industry Demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results, highlighting your strategic prowess Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights into commercial initiatives, essential for informed decision-making Exhibit excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, combined with a proactive and open-minded attitude, positioning you as a dynamic team player Be open to frequent travel (up to 30%) and fluent in English and French, ensuring effective communication in diverse environments WE.YOU.TOGETHER.
