Wir sind ein ambitioniertes Startup mit starken Investoren. Mit unserer hoch-innovativen, skalierbaren und cloud-nativen Technologie ermöglichen wir unseren Kunden den schnellen Aufbau plattformbasierter Geschäftsmodelle und die schnelle Entwicklung digitaler Services.

Wir sind jetzt in einer spannenden Phase der Unternehmensentwicklung. Das Kern-Team mit 80 Mitarbeiternist aufgebau und Referenzkunden sind aufgebaut. Jetzt planen wir die nächste Stufe der Expansion und die Weiterentwicklung unseres Geschäftsmodells entlang spannender Optionen. Die weitere strategische Ausrichtung des Unternehmens, wichtige Teilprojekte und die generelle Unternehmensführung brauchen jetzt weitere Aufmerksamkeit. Deshalb suchen wir zeitnah Verstärkung für das Thema 'Strategie und Unternehmensentwicklung‘.

Tasks

Als rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung bist Du in alle strategischen Projekte und Planungen eingebunden und unterstützt den CEO im Tagesgeschäft. Dazu gehören folgende Aufgabenbereiche:

- Unterstützung des CEO bei der Entwicklung von Strategie
- und Geschäftsplanungsprozessen
- Aufbereitung von Vorlagen und Präsentationen für Gremiensitzungen (bspw. Vorstands
- und Beiratssitzungen)
- Vorbereitung und Teilnahme von/an wichtigen Meetings mit Gesellschaftern und Kunden
- Projektleitung für die Umsetzung zentraler Strategie
- und Wachstumsprojekte
- Unterstützung bei der internen Unternehmenskommunikation
- Sparring der Geschäftsführung bei dem Auf-/Ausbau der Unternehmenstrukturen und -prozesse

**Requirements**:
**Idealerweise hast Du folgenden Background**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium
- 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in dem Umfeld folgender Cluster: Strategieberatung, Inhouse Consulting/Strategiestäbe, Start-up Inkubatoren/Acceleratoren oder im Business Development von Start
- und Scale-Ups
- Freude und Kompetenz an/in Konzeption, Analyse und Projektarbeit
- Growth Mindset und Interesse an stetiger eigener Entwicklung in Verbindung mit ‚Abenteuerlust‘
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
