Für unseren Kunden in der Immobilienbranche suchen wir Sie in Festanstellung als Biltroller (m/w/d) für Single Family Office.

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Durchführung der Buchhaltungstätigkeiten, einschließlich Kontenabstimmung, Rechnungsstellung und Zahlungsverkehr
- Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen Rechnungslegungsstandards
- Erstellung und Analyse von Berichten, inklusive Bilanz, Einkommensrechnung und Cashflow-Statement
- Überwachung von Finanzkennzahlen, Abweichungsanalysen und Identifizierung von Optimierungspotenzialen
- Unterstützung und Umsetzung des Digitalisierungsprozesses
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern, einschließlich Steuerberatern, Anwälten und Banken
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Geschäftsplänen, Finanzmodellen und Präsentationen
- Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Finanzstrategien für Immobilien, Equities und Unternehmensbeteiligungen
- Bereitschaft, Aufgaben außerhalb des Zuständigkeitsbereichs zu übernehmen, wenn dies für das Team erforderlich ist
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von steuerlichen und rechtlichen Vorschriften
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung von Finanzprozessen und Implementierung von internen Kontrollsystemen

**Ihr Qualifikationsprofil**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder einem verwandten Bereich
- Fundiertes Verständnis von Buchhaltungsgrundsätzen, Bilanzierung und Einkommensrechnung
- Gute Kenntnisse der deutschen Rechnungslegungsstandards (HGB) und Steuervorschriften
- Starkes analytisches Denkvermögen und die Fähigkeit, komplexe Unternehmensstrukturen zu verstehen und darzustellen
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere DATEV (o.ä.) und Excel, für die Erstellung von Analysen
- Teamplayer mit ausgezeichneten Kommunikations
- und Zusammenarbeitsfähigkeiten
- Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich, Aktienhandel oder Unternehmensbeteiligungen ist von Vorteil
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft und Motivation zur persönlichen Weiterentwicklung
- Bereitschaft, flexible Arbeitszeiten zu übernehmen, wenn es erforderlich ist
