**Aufgaben**:

- ührung und Entwicklung des lokalen Accounting-Teams mit 7 Mitarbeitenden.
- Verantwortung für die Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals
- und Jahresabschlüssen der Bilstein GmbH.
- Ansprechpartner und Sparringspartner für die nationale und internationale Accounting-Community zu bilanziellen Fragestellungen und Restrukturierungen.
- Entwicklung globaler Verrechnungspreiskonzepte und Konzeptionierung konzerninterner Verträge.
- Überwachung und Steuerung der Liquiditätsplanung und -vorschau sowie des globalen Risikomanagementsystems.
- Implementierung von Automatisierungs
- und Digitalisierungsmaßnahmen zur Prozessoptimierung.

**Profil**:

- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im internationalen Umfeld, idealerweise in einem Unternehmen mit globaler Präsenz und modernen Strukturen.
- Erste Führungserfahrung, vorzugsweise als Abteilungs-, Bereichs
- oder Teamleiter.
- Erfahrung in der Erstellung von Abschlüssen nach HGB und IFRS sowie umfassende IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere SAP FI/CO und idealerweise SAP S4/HANA.
- Analytisch-konzeptionelle Denk
- und Arbeitsweise, Pragmatismus und Hands-on-Mentalität.
- Arbeitserprobte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen.
