Health & Safety - Project and Processes Support (d/f/m) Ref. 10246093

**Aufgabenprofil**:
Der Stelleninhaber (d/m/w) arbeitet für die Abteilung Environment, Health und Safety und übernimmt Projekte zu den Themen Innovationen, Prozessoptimierungen und -harmonisierungen.
- Administrative Bearbeitung und Optimierung des Proximity Coordinator Prozesses (Organisation der Pflichtenübertragung bei transnationalen Teams)
- Planung und Durchführung von Teilprojekten inkl. Strukturplanerstellung, Leistungsüberwachung, Zeitplanung, Phasenprüfungen, Steuerung, Berichterstattung, Risiko
- und Chancenmanagement
- Kommunikation mit Stakeholdern
- Planung und Durchführung von internen Schulungen, Informationsveranstaltungen und Workshops
- Unterstützung des Change Managements bei der Einführung neuer Prozesse und Tools

- Selbstständiges, strukturiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Arbeiten, um Ziele termingerecht zu erreichen und Arbeitsabläufe effizient zu koordinieren
- Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, um mit Ansprechpartnern aller Ebenen auch länderübergreifend zusammenzuarbeiten
- Gute Moderations
- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten

**Studium**:

- Wirtschaftsingenieur mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
- Betriebswirtschaft mind. Bachelor-Studiengang

**Berufserfahrung**:

- Prozessplanung mind. über 2 Jahre
- Prozessverbesserung mind. über 2 Jahre

**Kenntnisse**:

- Change Management mind. Grundkenntnisse
- Projektmanagement mind. Grundkenntnisse
- Risk Management mind. Grundkenntnisse
- im Bereich der Anforderungs
- und Prozessanalyse erforderlich

**IT**:

- Google Workspace
