Associate (m/w/d) Project & Development Services
Wir suchen begeisterte Expert*innen für unser Projektmanagement Team am Standort Hamburg, die an einer Reihe von zukunftsgerichteten Projekten arbeiten.
Zusammen mit unseren globalen Kunden schaffen, fördern und optimieren wir intelligente, sichere und nachhaltige Gebäude, egal ob Office, Labs, Hotels, Residential, Industrial, Showrooms, Retail oder Public Sector.
Deine Aufgaben
Erstellen von Potentialanalysen zu Baurechtschaffung sowie Nutzungs
- und Revitalisierungskonzepten
Mitgestalten und führen von Projekten ab der Initiierungsphase
Technische und wirtschaftliche Beratung unserer Kunden im Rahmen der Mietflächensuche und Mietvertragsverhandlung
Eigenverantwortliches Steuern von Neubau
- und Umbauprojekten in allen Nutzungsklassen
(Fokus auf Büro, Hotel, Industrie, Life-Science)
Leiten der Projektphasen (Planung, Vergabe, Ausführung und Übergabe) als Projektsteuerer und Bauherrenvertreter
Nachverfolgen von Kosten
- und Terminzielen, Sicherstellen der erforderlichen Qualitäten
Pflegen von Kontakten zu Investoren, Eigentümern und Nutzern
Mitarbeit in der Projektakquise
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium als Architekt (m/w/d) oder Bauingenieur (w/m/d), vorzugsweise Diplom oder Master.
Mind. 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung, vorzugsweise im Bau
- und Projektmanagement und/oder der Projektentwicklung
Diplomatisches Geschick und professionelles Auftreten
Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise, Selbständigkeit sowie Teamfähigkeit
Du bist in der Lage, Qualitäten, Projekttermine und Kosten im Hinblick auf eine strukturierte Funktion und in Abhängigkeit der Projektvorgaben sinnvoll einzuschätzen und wenn notwendig zu strukturieren
Gute Kenntnisse in den bestehenden Verordnungen (HOAI, VOB) und Normen (DIN)
Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Branchen Software zur Kosten
- und Terminsteuerung, wie beispielsweise MS Project und Probis
Die Erstellung von Entscheidungsvorlagen und Managementpräsentationen fällt Dir leicht
Souveräner Umgang mit dem gesamten Microsoft Office Paket (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Kommunikationsstäre mit sehr guter deutscher und englischer Sprachkenntniss in Wort und Schrift
Interesse am eigenständigen Aufbau von Kundenbindungen
Ausgeprägtes Maß an Eigeninitiative und Qualitätsbewusstsein
Ausgeprägte Team
