Commodity Buyer (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen** Commodity Buyer (m/w/d)**
am Standort Berlin, der in einem innovativen Unternehmen für zugewiesene Warengruppen, wie z.B. Kabel, Kabinen und Schaltanlagen, die Leistung der zugehörigen Lieferanten, angefangen von der Ausschreibungsphase (ITO) bis zur Ausführung (OTR), verantwortet.

Die Stelle ist im Rahmen der **Arbeitnehmerüberlassung**
zu besetzen.

**Das erwartet Sie**:

- Definition der Lieferantenstrategie einschließlich der Verwaltung und Optimierung von Lieferantenpanels
- Aktive Förderung der Kommunikation mit Lieferanten, um Preise, Lieferzeiten und Zahlungen zu verbessern
- Vorbereitung von RFQ
- Verhandlung von Verträgen in Abstimmung mit den internen Stakeholdern
- Optimierung des Onboarding-Prozesses basierend auf den Marktbeschränkungen der Lieferanten
- Überprüfung der Risikobereitschaft
- Bewertung der Leistung des Lieferanten, Verwaltung der laufenden Verträge und Beeinflussung der strategischen Positionierung
- Unterteilung des Lieferantenmarkts nach Fähigkeiten, Geschäftsinteressen, bisheriger Leistung und geografischem Gebiet für jedes Segment
- Austausch von Marktentwicklungen, Schlüsselindizes und Best Practices innerhalb des Teams

**Das bringen Sie mit**:

- Fachkenntnisse in Projektvertragsmanagement, Ingenieurswesen oder strategischer Beschaffung
- Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
- Starke mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse (B1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (C1)
- Beherrschung der Office-Software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Fähigkeit, in einem globalen Umfeld zu arbeiten
- Projektbeschaffungs
- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
- Effektive Fähigkeiten zur Problemerkennung und -lösung
