**Momentaufnahme von Ihrem Tag**

Als operativer Einkäufer (w/m/d) konzentrieren Sie sich auf die taktische Umsetzung der Beschaffungsstrategien, die im Corporate Commodity Management festgelegt und auf der Commodity-Strategie basieren. Sie konzentrieren sich auf interne Kunden und Partner, die ohne Ihren Beitrag, Ihre Pünktlichkeit und Transparenz nicht erfolgreich sein können. Sie arbeiten in einem hochmotivierten Team mit einer „Macher“-Einstellung, in dem Sie sich gegenseitig helfen und unterstützen. Sie lösen kurzfristige/tägliche Probleme und schaffen so einen enormen Mehrwert für unsere Fabriken und Kunden. Parallel dazu arbeiten Sie mit den globalen Rohstoffmanagementteams zusammen, um langfristige Verbesserungs
- und Entwicklungsprojekte zu entwickeln und umzusetzen. Sie werden zum Experten für taktische Ausführung, Beschleunigung und Supply Chain Performance Management.

**Wie Sie etwas bewirken können**
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem globalen und lokalen Commodity managements und den Produktionsstätten, um größtmögliche Effektivität bei der Planung, Ausrichtung und Durchführung von Beschaffungsaktivitäten zu erreichen
- Wählen Sie den Lieferanten auf der Grundlage vereinbarter Richtlinien aus (Qualifikationsstatus, Status der langfristigen Vereinbarung, Rohstoffstrategie, Lieferantenleistung usw.).
- Kontinuierliche Überwachung der eigenen Beschaffungsliste, Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Bestellungen, Nachverfolgung der Ausführung wie Auftragsbestätigung, Fortschritt, Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen
- Unterstützen und gewährleisten Sie die Einhaltung der Transport
- und Zollanforderungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem Logistikteam
- Leitung vertragsmanagementbezogener Funktionen für eigene Waren (Claimmanagement, Konditionenklärung)
- Kontinuierliche Verbesserung der beschaffungsbezogenen Prozesse und deren Ausführung, kontinuierliche Verbesserung der eigenen Lieferantenbasis.

**Was Sie mitbringen**
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich BWL, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Einkauf
- Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit, flexible Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Sicheren Umgang mit SAP (Einkaufsmodule) und den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen
- Planungs
- und Organisationsgeschick, pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Handlungsweise, Hands-on-Mentalität

**Über das Team**
- Das Combustion Einkaufsteam unterstützt unsere Fertigungsstandorte in Berlin, Charlotte und Budapest. Sie werden Teil eines agilen und globalen Teams mit dem Fokus auf Versorgungssicherheit, stabile Lieferketten, Lieferantenperformance und Kostenreduzierungspotentialen unter der Berücksichtigung der Combustion Commodity Strategie.
