- We are looking for an Accountant to be part of our Accounts Payable team. You will be working with our vendors and with the team, be responsible for the traveling expenses company wide.
- This position is based in our headquarters in
- **Berlin or remotely in Europe**.

**Some of What You'll Do**:

- Enter payables invoices and submit payments to vendors
- Ensure that invoices are are accurate according to the purchase order
- Properly code expenses to the general ledger (German GAAP and IFRS)
- Monitor expense trends for month-end
- Collect W-9's and COI's for new vendors as well as on an annual basis
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger accounts
- Control and book travel expenses from colleagues in the company

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance or similar
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in the SaaS industry
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A team player, adept at building relationships across the organization
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented self-starter with the ability to work independently to meet challenging deadlines
- Commitment to continuously seeking for opportunity to improve productivity and accuracy
- **Fluency in both, German and English, are mandatory**
