**YOUR TASKS**
- Responsible for preparing the Supplier Quality Escalation Steerco (e.g. prepare the Agenda, distribute the meeting notes)
- Conslidating as well as distributing Supplier Quality Perfomance
- Composing Purchasing Reports (e.g. Saving, Contracts)
- Follow-up of the Purchasing Action List
- Support during the Purchasing Weekly Meeting (eg.g. agenda, distribute notes)
- Creating Purchasing saving status and following up on the implementations
- Responsible of the Supplier awarding list
- Contacting the key responsible person and consolidate the information
- Following up on the saving report as well as the Dashboard and project delay report
- Drawing up an action list follow-up for contract negotiation as well as supplier negotation plan
- Following up the Purchasing Business Plan Endeavour

**YOUR PROFILE**- Study of a Technical or Commercial degree or comparable
- Proficient in written and spoken English
- Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (esp. Excel and PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Initiative and a good sense of responsibility
- Interest for interdisciplinary and strategic topics within the commercial vehicle industry
