Silber Salon ist eine social e-Learning Platform für ältere Menschen, die es Tech-Unternehmen ermöglicht, den größten Teil der Bevölkerung direkt zu erreichen.

Mit unterhaltsamen, ansprechenden und interaktiven Inhalten in diversen Formaten verbinden wir nicht nur Digital Natives mit älteren Menschen, sondern erklären den technologischen Wandel kontinuierlich, einfach & individuell. Wir sind die Brücke zwischen Technologien und der älteren Zielgruppe.

Ziel ist es, der alternden Gesellschaft den Zugang zur digitalen Welt zu ermöglichen und sie im Umgang ein Leben lang zu schulen - für mehr digitale Chancengleichheit und Lebensqualität im Alter.

Für diese große gesellschaftliche Herausforderung und wichtige Mission suchen wir ab sofort einen ambitionierten Profi als Head of Content (m/w/d) in Berlin.

Aufgaben

Als unser Head of Content beherrscht du verschiedene Formen der Inhaltsgestaltung und weist bereits über umfangreiche Erfahrungen in der Führung eines Teams zum Thema Contenterstellung und Contentmanagement auf.
- Du leitest den Aufbau und die Weiterentwicklung des Content Teams in eigener Verantwortung im Bereich Gruppenmarketing und bist zudem für die Entwicklung und Umsetzung der internen/externen Kommunikation verantwortlich.
- Zudem übernimmst Du die Planung und Entwicklung aller Arten von Inhalten.
- Außerdem leitest Du die strategische und taktische Ausführung der umfassenden Marketingkommunikationsstrategie.
- Des Weiteren werden Inhalte, die auch mit Videos, Bilder und anderen Multimedia-Elementen ansprechen und erreichen, von Dir erstellt.
- Das Erstellen, Implementieren und Überwachen von Metriken zur Messung der Effektivität der Kommunikation und der Engagement-Initiativen gehört ebenfalls zu Deinen Aufgaben.

Qualifikation
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium, vorzugsweise in den Bereichen Kommunikation/PR, Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder Journalismus und idealweise 1-3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Teamführung.
- Außerdem bringst Du 5-7 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung wirksamer Kommunikationspläne und -strategien mit und idealerweise Erfahrung mit kreativen Plattformen.
- Du hast fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Umsetzung interner und externer Kommunikationsstrategien und -programme zur Unterstützung der Erreichung von Unternehmenszielen.
- Hervorragende Schreib
- und Redaktionsfähigkeiten sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach und verständlich zu erklären.
- Verfügst über Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und hast ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Sprache.
- Sicheres Auftreten, hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Organisationsgeschick sowie eine selbstständige und gründliche Arbeitsweise runden dein Profil ab.

- Internationale Investoren und Sparringspartner: Wir haben unsere Finanzierungsrunde mit erfahrenen Investoren wie FJ Labs, WestTech und dem neuen Impact Fund der IBB Ventures abgeschlossen, um Silber Salon über die Landesgrenzen zu bringen.
