**Role**

A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced senior Scientist (experienced PhD in Biophysics) (M/F/d) to join our
growing Biophysics & Screening Team based in Munich, Germany.
In close collaboration with the various departments at Crelux you will work on biophysics & screening projects covering
a wide variety of target classes. Your main responsibilities will include the planning of biophysics & screening projects,
supervision of projects and the communication of results to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- You will present results internally and externally (in meetings with clients)
- Research of scientific literature relevant to the project
- Careful documentation and evaluation of scientific protocols and results
- Close communication with the various scientific and administrative departments
- Professional communication and discussion of results with our clients
- The ability to plan work in order to meet planned timelines
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of scientific advances in biophysics

**Required Skills**:

- Extensive experience with biophysical methods, especially in the area of MST, SPR, ITC,DSF/nanoDSF/DLS & FP.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in the field of drug discovery
- Structured, self-reliant and independent working style
- Creativity and high problem-solving skills
- Enjoy working in a team
- Good communication skills
- Fluent English language skills

- Team leading experience
