About the job
We are looking for a Diversity & Inclusion Manager to join the team at Vattenfall Staff Functions - People, and Culture and Change.
The role reports directly into the Director of Diversity and Inclusion. This is an important role and part of the development of a new D & I team working across the business and covering Germany, Netherlands, Sweden, UK, Denmark and Poland. This role will be based Germand.

- Responsibly manage and drive Diversity & Inclusion programs and measures in country across BA and aligned to D&I and P&C group strategy.
- Lead and coordinate the in country across BA Energy Networks
balancing / managing / coaching expectations between the D&I Country vs BA/SF support and demands. Support and Coordinate BA and Country wide activities
- As a country lead you will also have an individual, group wide and international responsibility on behalf of the D & I team and alongside the other country leads, ensuring there is both strategic and operational components to the role.
- Support in reporting quarterly and annually diversity progress as defined by annual Diversity Scorecard and Diversity department goals and objectives (aligned with D&I and P&C strategy) Collect, review, and understand the D&I Metrics and analytics creating clear recommendations at a country and BA level.
- Prepare decisions with involved parties and key experts.
- Align with key decision makers throughout the process at given key milestones (e.g., Director of Diversity and Inclusion, HR D, HR VP, P & C leadership,

Who are you?
Required education and work experience
- Academic background (Bachelor’s Degree or and Solid (3 years plus) relevant experience obtained working in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, Human Resources Management, Industrial Psychology, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent management)
- Senior stakeholder management
- Project management skills
- Understand D&I Analytics and interpretation
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Good knowledge of labour market laws and regulations in core markets
- Business orientation and performance focus, “can do” attitude, strong individual contributor.
- Team player with very good relationship management and communication skills, proven success interacting with different levels of the organization
- Courage, integrity and the ability to build trust and confidence.
