Der Bereich Facility und Real Estate Management ist bei der Covestro Deutschland AG in der Einheit „Industrial Facility Management Germany (IFM GER)“ zusammengeführt. Die Abteilung stellt rechtskonformes Standortmanagement sicher. IFM GER beschäftigt sich sowohl mit der Verantwortung für den regelkonformen Betrieb der zugeordneten Liegenschaften und Gebäude als auch mit der Erfüllung der vereinbarten Nutzer
- und Kundenbedarfe. Die geschieht mittels moderner, effektiver, effizienter Prozesse und Servicekonzepten sowie einer daraus abgeleiteten zentralen IFM GER Organisation. Die Position ist zentrale Schnittstelle für die Kommunikation mit den Liegenschaften und anderen Verwaltungen. Operational Standard & Safety Management koordiniert zentrale IFM HSEQ-Themen und fungiert als IFM Vertreter bei allen relevanten internen und externen Partnern.- In Ihrer neuen Position besitzen Sie die fachliche Führung/Ausbildung der Sicherheitsbeauftragten (m/w/d), Ersthelfer (m/w/d), Evakuierungsbeauftragter (m/w/d) und Brandschutzhelfer (m/w/d)- Sie unterstützen bei der Erstellung, Überprüfung und Aktualisierung von Betriebsanweisungen sowie Unterweisungen und erstellen Gefährdungsbeurteilungen von Arbeitsplätzen und Gebäudeunterweisungen- Die Beratung im Bereich Arbeitsschutz der Verwaltungsbereiche und IFM bei der Umsetzung der Arbeitsschutzanforderungen sowie bei speziellen Fragen fallen in Ihren Aufgabenbereich- Darüber hinaus verantworten Sie die Koordinierung, Planung, Begleitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Begehungen sowie die Erstellung von Betriebsanweisungen/ Gefährdungsbeurteilungen für den Bereich IFM- Sie dokumentieren und ermitteln die Ursachen (RCA) bei Arbeits
- und Beinaheunfällen sowie arbeiten geeigneten Maßnahmen zur Vermeidung dieser ein und pflegen damit verbunden das System- Schließlich unterstützen Sie das Management bei der Einhaltung von Arbeitsschutz
- und Unfallverhütungsvorschriften und entwickeln Prozesse sowie Abläufe im Arbeitsschutz weiter
WHAT YOU OFFER- Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d), technischer Fachwirt (m/w/d) im technischen Bereich sowie eine Zusatzausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit mit mehrjährige Erfahrung in dieser Funktion oder ein abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor/Master) im Bereich Sicherheitsingenieurwesen- Eine Ausbildung zum Brandschutzbeauftragen (m/w/d) ist wünschenswert- Ihr Lebenslauf weißt eine Ausbildung und mehrjährige Erfahrung als Ersthelfer (m/w/d), Brandschutzhelfer (m/w/d) und Evakuierungsbeauftragter (m/w/d) auf- Gute Kommunikations-und Networkfähigkeiten auf allen Ebenen sowie Durchsetzungsfähigkeit gehören zu Ihren Stärken- Darüber hinaus besitzen Sie gute Kenntnisse der Arbeitsschutzgesetze sowie der BGRCI und DGUV- Regeln- Umfangreiche IT-Kenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab
