COORDINATOR HR CULTURE & DEVELOPMENT (F/M/D) - 12 MONTHS CONTRACT
HUMAN RESOURCES INSPIRED BY YOU - YOUR TASKS
Design, pilot, implement and manage high quality and creative training material, learning opportunities and development solutions, which enhance individual and organisational success and which can be implemented across Europe.
Complete the initial research regarding new projects / topics prior to their implementation.
Coordinate and carry out strategic HR projects that have a positive impact on Culture & Development activities across Europe.
Prepare documents, materials and / or presentations for senior management meetings, as well as update reports and project plans for the key strategic projects.
Co-facilitate workshops for employees across Europe.
Organise, arrange and coordinate the logistics for various meetings, workshops and other company related events, such as European and Global HR meetings and the pan-European Induction.
Act as a point of contact for questions from the European HR Community.
Coordinate and monitor tasks that the group of European HR Managers need to complete.
Manage the central European Culture & Development budget and invoicing processes in SAP according to Mazda’s purchasing policy.
PASSION MEETS POWER - YOUR PROFILE
University degree with at least 2 years of experience in a Learning & Development role
Experience in effectively coordinating and driving Learning & Development projects
Experience in creation of blended learning, online learning tools and content sourcing, previous experience of electronic learning / systems
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to solve problems, proactive customer-oriented attitude
Able to work in an international team environment
Experienced in using and administering Learning Management Systems
Fully proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly within PowerPoint and Excel
Creative mind-set and conceptual skills
Good facilitation skills
Great team spirit
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
