As Senior UI/UX Designer you will become a central and important part of our further success story and the Studydrive team in Berlin-Neukölln.

These are your tasks
- Proactively identify usability problems in our web platform and native apps (iOS & Android) and find solutions to them collaboratively
- Translate wireframes into low
- and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma and test them with users or other individuals
- Proactively steer an efficient design process, involve stakeholders and ensure quality product design implementation
- Help the team to become faster, especially in the phases of creation, validation, and refinement
- Further develop and maintain our design system in Figma (for app and web)
- Create an engaging platform with a uniform, intuitive user experience across our website and apps to motivate students to support each other, improve their studies and find job opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, UX writer and other designers in agile product teams throughout the product lifecycle

What you are throwing in
- You have gained 3+ years of work experience as a UI Designer, UX Designer, Product Designer or similar position
- You have designed user interfaces for both native apps and web
- Delivery is second nature to you, you have collaborated with Product Managers and Software Developers on a regular basis
- You have in-depth understanding of interaction design, care for usability, and hold experience through product design process & cycles
- You are familiar with UX Research, Journey Mapping and Wireframing
- You also bring experience in user testing and other validation best practices
- You are proficient in using Figma and familiar with Miro, Hotjar (or other analytics tools), Jira, Confluence
- A plus: You are familiar with Gamification mechanisms and designed for GenZ user group in the past (e.g. for community, education, career services)
- You have excellent English skills, German is a plus
