Organisation, Koordination, fachliche Führung und Verantwortung der zugeteilten Verantwortungsbereiche zur Gewährleistung reibungsloser Fertigungsprozesse
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Produktionsplans
- Sicherstellung einer bereichsübergreifenden Personaleinsatzplanung/-steuerung
- Sicherstellung der Umsetzung der Arzneimittel
- und Wirkstoffherstellverordnung (AMWHV), der GMP-Richtlinien und der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen für die pharmazeutische Industrie
- Stellvertretung des Leiters der Herstellung für den Bereich Herstellung und Abfüllung
- Verantwortung für die termingerechte und korrekte Bearbeitung von Abweichungen und CAPAs
- Erstellung von Fehlerursachenanalysen und Risikobewertungen
- Erstellung, Überarbeitung und Überprüfung von Change Control Anträgen, Master Batch Records sowie SOPs für die Herstellung und Abfüllung
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Unterweisungen in Bezug auf GMP-relevante Themen
- Moderation und Coach Funktion für Schichtleiter und Mitarbeiter
- Erstellung von Gefährdungsbeurteilungen und Arbeitssicherheitsregeln
- Abgeschlossener naturwissenschaftlicher Hochschulabschluss, z.B. Pharmazie, Pharmatechnik bzw. Bio
- oder Lebensmitteltechnologie oder abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Industriemeister
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in pharmazeutischen Herstellungs
- und Verpackungsprozessen unter GMP Bedingungen in verantwortlicher Führungsposition
- Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS-Office, SAP und Abweichungsmanagement, z.B. Trackwise
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Koordinations
- und Teamfähigkeit
