**Digital Performance Specialist (m/w/d)**

**Aufgaben**

Was erwartet Dich? In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem kleinen Team sowie unseren Kunden hast Du folgende Aufgaben:

- Du planst, erstellst und optimierst Display
- und Social Media KampagnenDu bist verantwortlich für SEA Kampagnen, von der ersten Keyword-Recherche bis zur Optimierung der Bidding-Strategie
- Du sorgst eigenverantwortlich für die Erstellung, Umsetzung und die kontinuierliche Optimierung der Performance-Marketing-Strategie
- Du wertest alle Digital-Marketing-Kampagnen aus und identifizierst Potentiale entlang der Customer Journey mit Hilfe von Analysen, Tests und Reports
- Du unterstützt aktiv das Content Management, insbesondere in Bezug auf SEO und Landingpages
- Du wirkst aktiv an der Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Omnichannel-Kampagnen mit und legst den Fokus auf Conversions, Neukundengewinnung und -bindung

**Anforderungen**

Was solltest Du mitbringen?
- Du hast dein Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digitales Marketing oder in einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
- Du konntest bereits ungefähr 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Marketing mit Schwerpunkt Performance Marketing sammeln
- Du bist ein Experte in Google Ads und Facebook Business Manager
- Du feierst es voll, wenn Dein ROAS mal wieder gestiegen ist. Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Eigenständigkeit, Engagement und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen Dich aus.
- Startup-Mindset: Du bist ein proaktiver Teamplayer und sprudelst voller Energie Du liebst es anzupacken und hast eine selbstständige strukturierte Arbeitsweise

**Unternehmensbeschreibung**

Da die Quiet Books beratungsintensiv und erklärungsbedürftig sind, setzen wir unseren Marketing-Fokus auf Influencer -und Online Marketing. Hierfür setzen wir Markenbotschafter wie Influencer und Blogger ein, die die Bücher vorstellen. Dadurch sind wir in den letzten drei Jahren stark organisch gewachsen und verzeichnen mittlerweile 61.000 Follower auf Instagram.

Wir sind noch ein Start-up und sind in den letzten drei Jahren mit einem kleinen Team schnell gewachsen. So haben wir unser Sortiment von anfangs 6 Büchern auf 25 Bücher erweitert und haben weitere spannende Produkte in Planung.
