Summary

For the Area "Calibration" we are looking for a "Clerk*in Order Processing (f/m/d)" at the location Ulm as soon as possible.

In the area of "Calibration" we are looking for reinforcement to support orders for calibration and maintenance.

Your Tasks- Accept electrical and mechanical measuring devices within the scope of incoming goods and carry out incoming goods inspection- If necessary, create digital documentation of transport damages- Carry out delivery and handover of goods to service providers- Create delivery bills and manage the filing system for delivery notes- Create delivery notes with prices for invoicing to Controlling/Accounting- Creation of purchase orders with external service providers- Requesting quotations from service providers and carrying out price and performance comparisons- Conduct scheduling and delivery agreements with suppliers- Work planning and preparation of individual orders- Creating and changing work orders using SAP PM as well as creating maintenance plans- Maintaining master data in SAP PM for devices and measuring equipment to be maintained and/or calibrated

Your Profile- Completed vocational training as an industrial clerk or similar- Very good PC knowledge and SAP advantageous- Very good technical understanding- High degree of customer orientation and service mentality- Structured, quality-conscious and independent way of working- Reliability, strong communication skills and ability to work in a team- Very good German and English skills
