ÜBER SAXOVENT

Wir sind ein in Berlin ansässiger Projektentwickler und Impact Investor. Unser größtes Projekt ist das Klima - wir haben uns daher komplett dem Klimaschutz verschrieben. Wir entwickeln Projekte in den Bereichen Wind
- und Solarenergie sowie nachhaltiges Bauen. Außerdem sind wir als Venture Capital-Investor tätig, mit Fokus auf die Landwirtschaft. Hier finanzieren wir Start-ups, die mit ihren Technologien neue Wege für den Klimaschutz beschreiben.
Wir streben danach, die Erde auch für unsere Kinder als einen lebenswerten Ort zu bewahren. Dafür haben wir uns ein ambitioniertes Ziel gesetzt: Bis 2030 sollen durch unser Handeln 30 Millionen Tonnen CO2 eingespart werden. Wir vertrauen dabei auf unsere Stärken: Seit 1997 haben wir Windparks mitentwickelt, die jährlich mehr als eine halbe Million Tonnen CO2 einsparen.

ÜBER DIE ROLLE

Als Legal Counsel (gn) beraten Sie die Geschäftsführung und die einzelnen Abteilungen in allen anfallenden zivilrechtlichen Fragestellungen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht (mit Ausnahme des Arbeitsrechts), Grundstücks
- und Immobilienrecht, Gesellschaftsrecht (allgemeines Gesellschaftsrecht sowie Venture Capital typische Verträge). Sie prüfen eigenverantwortlich Rechtsfragen im Zusammenhang mit der Entwicklung unserer Projekte und deren Betrieb, Erarbeiten Lösungsmöglichkeiten und setzen diese um.
Mit Ihrer Expertise ergänzen Sie unser vierköpfiges Legal-Team. In Ihrer Position berichten Sie direkt an unseren Head of Legal und agieren als sein:e Sparringspartner:in.

DIE AUFGABEN IM DETAIL
- Eigenständige fachliche Vertretung der Rechtsfunktion in zugewiesenen Projekten in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich
- Eigenverantwortliches Prüfen, Entwerfen und Verhandeln von Verträgen, Erstellen von Rechtsgutachten, Prüfung und Durchsetzung von Ansprüchen sowie umfassende rechtliche Beratung und Begleitung
- Betreuung und Durchführung von gerichtlichen, behördlichen und außergerichtlichen Verfahren
- Steuerung von externen Rechtsanwaltskanzleien, Notariaten und sonstigen Beratungsunternehmen

MIT WELCHEN KOMPETENZEN SIE UNTERSTÜTZEN KÖNNEN
- Abschluss als Volljurist*in
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer wirtschaftsorientierten Kanzlei oder Unternehmen
- Fachkenntnisse im Vertrags-, Grundstücks-, Immobilienrecht sowie Gesellschaftsrecht
- Branchenspezifische Kenntnisse im Recht der erneuerbaren Energien wünschenswert
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge, unternehmerisches Denken und Hands-on-Mentalität
- Sehr gute Kommunikations
- und Verhandlungsstärke
- Profunde Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte klar zu strukturieren und darzulegen
