Zur Verstärkung unseres Quality Management Teams in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen hoch motivierten und engagierten **Mitarbeiter Validation Management (m/w/d)**
**Ihre Aufgaben**:
- Mitarbeit bei Gerätequalifizierungs
- und Validierungsprojekten insbesondere bei der:
- Validierung, Kalibrierung und Aufrechterhaltung der Temperaturüberwachungssysteme
- Erstellung, Pflege und Ablage der zugehörigen Dokumentation
- Pflege der Gerätedatenbank
- Unterstützung des QM-Teams bei anfallenden Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts
- Unterstützung der Fachabteilungen bei der Erstellung von Prozessen
- Mitwirkung bei der Vorbereitung von und Teilnahme an internen und externen Audits
- Bearbeitung von Reklamationen, Abweichungen, Korrektur
- und Vorbeugungsmaßnehmen
**Ihr Profil**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium / Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Idealerweise Erfahrung in einem Labor oder im Quality Management
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Präzise und strukturierte Arbeitsweise gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Sorgfalt in der Dokumentation
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit
