For this journey, we're searching for a Head of Paid Acquisition to massively scale our budgets in Germany and eventually build a team to conquer the European market.
Tasks
**In a nutshell**: Leading all paid acqusition efforts of Bling
In your role, you're planning and executing strategies for scaling the paid acquistion efforts for all our products in Germany, and later Europe. You will work closely together with our performance marketing manager, the creative team, CRM/CRO team and product and engineering team.
- Achieve our growth KPIs (MoM Revenue Growth, CAC/LTV Ratio)
- Plan, execute, and optimize our paid acquisition strategy for all products
- Efficiently scale budgets for web
- and app campaigns including but not limited to Google, Meta, TikTok, and Outbrain/Taboola
- Create a martech setup for detailed attribution, automation, and rapid budget optimization across all channels
- Manage and expand the performance marketing team and ensure continuous development of team members
- Collaborate with brand & creative lead and in-house creative studio to continuously improve and innovate creative angles and ad formats
- Collaborate with CRM and CRO team to improve conversion rates and develop new acquisition funnels
**Requirements**:
- You have 5+ years experience in performance marketing for D2C brands in Germany (both app and web marketing)
- You have at least once successfully scaled acquisition budgets from ~150K/month to ~500K/month in the German market
- You have experience in leading a team of performance marketing specialists, and helping them grow in their role over time
- You have expertise in advertising with Google (Search, Display, YouTube, ACI, Performance Max), Meta, and TikTok and understand how the channels work together
- You have some experience in advertising with Apple Search Ads, native ads (Outbrain/Taboola) and (optionally) connected TV
- You have a strong technical understanding of app
- and web attribution, experience with Adjust or AppsFlyer and (optional) some experience with marketing mix modelling (MMM)
- You have experience in building an automated, cross-channel analytics setup to efficiently allocate budgets and optimize channels
- You have experience in working with an in-house creative studio for rapid creative testing and scaling creative production
