TÉCNICO DE MANTENIMIENTO (Carrera técnica, Ingeniería y/o Similar)

Rango salarial: $15,000.00- $18,000.00

PERFIL DEL PUESTO

Educación requerida:
Ingeniería, electrónico y/o mecatrónico o electromecánico, TSU o similares.

Conocimientos específicos: Mecánica, Neumática, Hidráulica, etc. Software:, SIEMENS, Drives Servomotores, PLC. SAP, excel, PP, Word, sparetech,
Step5, step7, TIA portal, redes, drives

Normas de Calidad : IATF 16949, ISO 14001.

Experiência laboral: Mínima de 4 años en el puesto similar, deseable en la industria automotriz, metalmecánica inyección de plástico.

Competencias laborales: Ordenado, Disciplinado. Alto grado de responsabilidad.

ACTIVIDADES:

- Brindar servicio de mantenimiento a maquinaria (prensas hidráulicas y mecánicas, ensamble, hornos, etc.)Realizar mantenimiento predictivo, preventivo, emergente; cerrar ots en SAP, baja de refacciones, 5S
- Apoyo al mantenimiento programado, rolar turnos, cubrir tiempo extra y también en fin de semana cubrir turnos extendidos o dobles o de 4to. Turno dependiendo del rol de turnos
- Participar en los programas de kaizen y mejoras a equipos, realizar A3 y 8Ds
- Cumplir con todos los lineamientos y acatar las ordenes de supervisor y/o jefe en turno, llenar formato de autoevaluación
- Participar en la Instalación de Nuevos Procesos, Maquinaria y Equipo.
- Asegurar las condiciones en maquinaria y equipo.
- Llevar a cabo los mantenimientos correctivos.
- Participar en el plan maestro de mantenimiento generando ideas, actualizando planes de trabajo e inventario de refacciones.
- Disminuir los tiempos por mantenimiento Correctivo
- Tener un inventario mínimo de refacciones críticas
- Seleccionar, archivar y conservar los programas de mantenimiento conforme a lo establecido en el procedimiento correspondiente.
- Mantener puntualidad, orden y limpieza en su área de trabajo.
- Uso del equipo de seguridad y aplicación de las medidas de seguridad indicadas en la operación de trabajo.
- Debe implementar el sistema Ambiental en su área de trabajo.
- Manejo adecuado de sustancias Químicas, Residuos Peligrosos y No peligrosos.Participación en las Brigadas de Respuesta a Emergencia.
