**Elektrotechnischer Teamleiter Instandhaltung **(ALL GENDERS)**

**Was erwartet Sie?**
- Fachliche Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Elektrotechnik
- Ansprechpartner und Entscheider bei Reparaturausführung im Falle von Maschinenstillständen, Werkzeugschäden oder technischen Störungen
- Organisation, Planung und Kontrolle termingerechter Wartungs
- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten
- Reduzierung von ungeplanten Maschinenstillständen und Werkzeugschäden mittels Identifikation und Umsetzung vorbeugender Instandhaltungs
- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen
- Sicherstellung der sicherheitstechnischen Prüfungen (DGUV, BetrSiVO, usw.) im zugewiesenen Verantwortungsbereich
- Technische Beratung bei Auswahl, Beschaffung von Instandhaltung von technischen Einrichtungen, Neuanlagen und Erweiterungen
- Technische Abnahme von Maschinen, Anlagen und Werkzeugen
- Einsatzplanung und -steuerung von Dienstleistern
- Instandsetzungsdokumentation und das -controlling anhand von Kennzahlen inklusive Auswertung von Daten
- Planung von Weiterbildungsaktivitäten und Unterweisungen im zugewiesenen Mitarbeiterkreis
- Einsatzplanung und Ausbildung von Auszubildenden im jeweiligen Verantwortungsbereich

**Bringen Sie zudem folgende Qualifikationen mit?**
- Abgeschlossene Weiterbildung zum Meister oder Techniker in Fachrichtung Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mindestens 3-jährige technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
- Mehrjährig Berufserfahrung im Instandhaltungsbereich
- Sichere Kenntnisse in der Wartung und Instandhaltung von Produktionsanlagen
- Anwendungssicher in den Vorschriften der VDE, Betriebssicherheitsverordnung und der DGUV
- Idealerweise fachspezifische Kenntnisse in Hydraulik, Pneumatik, Elektrik, Roboter, SPS etc.
- Selbstständige & zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Hands-On-Mentalität sowie ein hohes Maß an Teamfähigkeit
- Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office
