**What will be your role?**
To support our growth, we are looking for a Private Equity Intelligence Associate to join our Frankfurt hub. Reporting to Philipp, Head of Private Equity Intelligence DACH, you will take part in managing our expansion in these regions:
- ** Research - **You will contribute to our financial, market and business analyses and participate in our rigorous review process. Moreover, you will have an opportunity to conduct interviews with industry experts to enhance our niche sector research
- ** People management - **You will lead a team of analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
- ** Recruitment - **You will participate in recruiting and hiring aspiring Private Equity Intelligence Analysts
- ** Strategic initiatives - **You will identify and implement improvements for our product and operations. Examples include: (i) collaborating with our tech team in the development of new platform features, (ii) leveraging market intelligence from our clients for proprietary insights, (iii) studying the regional private equity landscape to determine the optimal content strategy
- ** Commercial support - **You align with our business development team on commercial opportunities in the DACH market (PE, M&A, consultancy)
As a Private Equity Intelligence Associate, you will have an accelerated career path within Gain.pro, as you can grow both through the ranks and with the company, enabled by our rapidly expanding international footprint. This can be both through a line management trajectory (leading a larger part of the organization) or through functional leadership (e.g. research, strategic project execution, tech/software).
**Who are you?**
We are looking for someone who is passionate to co-manage a team of best-in-class researchers. You are intrigued by our mission of bringing full private market visibility and excited about the tech-enabled future of private equity. On top of that, we are looking for:
- ** Relevant experience** **-** You have internship experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Services, or similar fields
- ** Education - **You have graduated or are about to graduate with a master’s degree or equivalent from a leading university in Economics, Business, Finance, or Quantitative Studies
- ** Passion for digital business models & technology - **You are excited to expand your digital skill set, leveraging modern tools and broadening your knowledge of technology to interact with our engineers
- ** Languages - **Near-native in German, fluent in English
