**About our client**

We are working with a Frankfurt headquartered, established mid-market private equity firm investing in companies in the DACH region. The firm is seeking to hire a seasoned fundraising Manager/Director responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with potential and existing investors across DACH and Europe. **What the job involves**
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing investors across the DACH region and beyond
- Coordinate roadshows and attend investor meetings both independently and alongside senior partners
- Organise and represent the firm at relevant conferences, and client events
- Collaborate closely with senior management, finance, and operations teams to align on messaging, business updates, and reporting needs for investors
- Partner with external advisors and internal teams to support investor engagement and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely communication across all channels
- Develop and execute investor relations strategies to communicate financial performance and growth plans
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investor sentiment to provide actionable insights and feedback to senior leadership

**Who we are looking for**
- Experience in capital raising and relationship management for private markets and/or alternative strategies
- Demonstrable ability to independently broaden and nurture relationships with sophisticated institutional investors across DACH and other regions
- Established track record of sales and comprehensive investor network across the European market
- Outstanding communication skills, with ability to establish relationships quickly and convey complex information clearly and concisely
- Professional, disciplined, proactive and organised with superb attention to detail
- Proficient in developing high-quality client materials and clear written communication for stakeholders
- Strong work ethic and collaborative mindset and service awareness
- Willingness to travel extensively
