Stellenbeschreibung
- Als Operations Intern bei Every. spielst du eine entscheidende Rolle bei der Entwicklung und Umsetzung unserer letzten Meile.
- Du übernimmst eine breite Palette von Aufgaben, darunter Delivery Performance Analysen, Produkt (vor allem Verpackungs) -entwicklung, Partnerschaftsmanagement (Fulfillment Partner und Versandpartner), Strategieentwicklung und deren End-to-End Umsetzung - ebenso wie die dahinterstehenden Operations-Aufgaben.
- Du bekommst erster Hand mit, wie wir als Pioniere in einem einzigartigen Logistik-Segment arbeiten: Direktvertrieb von gefrorenen Waren an Endkonsument\*innen.
- Du trägst als Schnittstelle zwischen den Operations, E-commerce und Customer Care Teams zu einem reibungslosen Ablauf der letzten Meile bei und identifizierst darin Optimierungspotenziale.
- Als Teil des Operations Teams lernst du nicht nur viel über Every. und den DTC Food Sektor, sondern bekommst bei uns die Möglichkeit von Tag eins an wichtige und verantwortungsvolle Aufgaben zu übernehmen.

Qualifikationen
- Du hast erfolgreich Dein Bachelorstudium in einer wirtschafts
- oder naturwissenschaftlichen Disziplin an einer Top-Universität abgeschlossen oder befindest dich in der Übergangsphase zwischen Bachelor und Master und möchtest ein 6-monatiges Praktikum absolvieren.
- Du bringst erste praktische Erfahrungen, zum Beispiel durch Praktika oder ehrenamtliches Engagement, mit.
- Du hast ein natürliches Gespür für komplexe Zusammenhänge und verfügst über eine gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
- Du stellst höchste Qualitätsansprüche an dich selbst und bringst ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit.
- Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeit mit grundlegenden Excel
- bzw. Google Sheets Kenntnissen.
- Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
