Aufgaben
- You’ll have the chance to take over initial interviews and develop your interview skills.
- You’ll support us in several projects as well. This will range from the optimization of recruiting processes to Sales and Marketing support - and you can actively contribute your own ideas.

Qualifikation
- Ideally you have gained first experiences in HR or Recruiting in a fast paced startup environment.
- You are fluent in English and German.
- You are curious to find and challenge the best solution every time instead of using your energy to argue about problems.
- And for sure you're an outstanding team-player, detail-oriented and able to prioritise and organise yourself ;)
- But more important is that you're super motivated and eager to learn.
- We value attitude over degrees or (big) names on your CV.
- We prefer people with an entrepreneurial mindset who have a getting things done attitude instead of theorists.
