**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate with the sales team to process customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Work with the operations team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Analyze customer needs and contract specifications
- Screen incoming leads, qualify them based on predetermined criteria, and route them to the appropriate sales representative
- Prepare detailed and compelling offers that outline product or service features, pricing, and terms.
- Calculate pricing for maintenance contracts based on established criteria
- Prepare detailed and transparent quotations outlining contract terms and inclusions
- Record and update customer interactions in the sales information system (CRM); document relevant details such as inquiries, feedback, and sales opportunities and ensure data accuracy and completeness for effective tracking

**Qualifications**:

- First experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal teams, customers, and other stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail in preparing offers, quotations, and maintaining accurate documentation
- Prior experience in a sales support, inside sales, or customer support role is advantageous
