Der Sales Coordinator ist verantwortlich für die administrative Unterstützung des gesamten Sales Teams. Dazu zählen die regelmäßige Pflege von Verkaufsprogrammen, die Erstellung von Statistiken, die Vor
- und Nachbereitung von Terminen/Besprechungen, Recherchen und Vertragsvorbereitungen nebst Nachfassaktionen sowie die allgemeine Koordination innerhalb des Teams. Diese Position ist eine Schlüsselrolle innerhalb der Vertriebsstruktur und erfordert ein hohes Maß an Eigenmotivation und die Fähigkeit, eigenverantwortlich zu arbeiten.

- Administrative Unterstützung des Sales Teams
- Rechtzeitige und korrekte Weitergabe von Kundenanforderungen an alle internen Abteilungen, um einen hervorragenden Gästeservice zu gewährleisten
- Unterstützung bei der Neuverhandlung von Corporate Rate Agreements für alle Corporate Accounts
- Sicherstellung einer genauen Nachverfolgung und Kommunikation intern und extern
- Sicherstellen, dass alle Ratenblätter der Hotels zu jeder Zeit korrekt sind
- Sicherstellen, dass relevante Marriott-Formulare/Tools ausgefüllt werden, z.B. MarRFP, OPERA, etc.
- Mithilfe beim Ausfüllen aller Ratenvereinbarungen, zur Sicherzustellung, dass MarRFP, Master Account List und OPERA Account Base immer up-to-date sind
- Aktive Unterstützung und Förderung von Marriott International-Verkaufsprogrammen wie MI Leads, Marriott BONVOY usw
- Kontinuierliche Steigerung und Verbesserung der Effizienz und Organisation der Abteilung durch den Entwurf und die Implementierung von Verwaltungssystemen
UNTERSTÜTZENDE FUNKTIONEN
- Erstellung von Angebotsblättern, Abwicklung der Abnahme, Vertragsvorbereitung und -abwicklung
- Vorbereitung und Verwaltung von CompCalls
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem Market Analyst Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Ratengeneratoren
- Planung und Unterstützung von Kundenveranstaltungen
- Unterstützung von Verkäufern und Team bei BEO und Site Inspection
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Verwaltung von Markterkundungs
- und Schulungsreisen
- Einarbeitung von Auszubildenden
- Verstehen und Bearbeiten von Gruppen
- und Veranstaltungsanfragen und Sicherstellen der genauen Übergabe und Nachbereitung an das Veranstaltungsteam
- Übernahme von Verantwortung und/oder Unterstützung bei abteilungsinternen Projekten
**Das wünschen wir uns von Dir**:
- erste Saleserfahrung im Rahmen der Ausbildung / Praktikum
- idealerweise Bachelor-Abschluss im Bereich Sales oder fachspezifische Berufsausbildung
- ausgezeichnete Deutsch
