Aufgaben

Are you a finance professional with an insatiable appetite for operational excellence? Join us in the heart of Munich as our Head of Finance & Operations, where you'll be the driving force behind the financial heartbeat of equation.

Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day financial operations, including financial planning and monitoring, preparation of financial statements and tax returns (with support of external service providers), and the organizational management of multiple entities.
- Administering the firm's fund vehicles, including capital call and distribution processes, reporting, and maintenance of LP and GP data.
- Ensuring all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitoring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Fostering strong relationships with investors through timely and accurate reporting, addressing inquiries, and managing investor relations.
- Supporting fundraising processes and the structuring and closing of investments.
- Contributing to the structuring and closing of investments, leveraging financial acumen to help design favourable investment terms and conditions.

Qualifikation
- 5+ years of experience as a finance professional at a Big Four accounting firm, financial services company, fund administrator, or finance team of a private equity/venture capital firm.
- University qualifications in a relevant field with excellent grades. Advanced degrees or certifications (such as CPA, CFA, or CAIA) and knowledge of accounting principles would be a plus.
- Strong understanding of venture capital/private equity finance and operations, fund structures, and compliance with the ability to discuss confidently with accountants, tax advisors, fund administrators, and auditors.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical mindset with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized with keen attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills in German and English, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders and spread our philosophy internally and externally.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and results orientation.
