**CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (M/W/D), BEFRISTUNG**:
Unser Team in **Kaiserslautern **hat momentan eine freie Position als **Customer Service Representative (m/w/d), Befristung** zu besetzen.
**IHRE ROLLE & VERANTWORTUNG**:
Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt benötigen wir Unterstützung für das Team Customer Service. Diese Stelle ist auf 12 Monate befristet.
- Sie übernehmen als Teil des Teams aktiv Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts, das im Wesentlichen aus der Erfassung und Betreuung von Kundenaufträgen bis hin zur Rechnungsstellung besteht.
- Außerdem gehören die Pfandgebindeabwicklung und die Reklamationsbearbeitung incl. der Erstellung von Gut
- und Lastschriften und Retouren und die Stammdatenpflege im SAP zum typischen Aufgabengebiet.
- Sie stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf des Tagesgeschäfts sicher und kümmern sich um aufkommende Belange unserer Kunden.
- Die Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten und der telefonische und schriftlicher Kontakt zu unserem nationalen Kundenkreis runden Ihre Tätigkeiten ab.
**IHR PROFIL**:
- Sie haben eine kaufmännische Ausbildung oder ein Studium der Betriebswirtschaft erfolgreich absolviert. Idealerweise haben Sie bereits Erfahrungen im Customer Service gesammelt.
- Sie verfügen über Kenntnisse in der kundenorientierten Auftragsabwicklung.
- Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse setzen wir voraus, Erfahrungen mit SAP R/3 sind von Vorteil.
- Zu Ihren persönlichen Stärken zählen Kontaktfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Kommunikationsstärke.
- Eine strukturierte und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie eine ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und Kundenorientierung.
- Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
